Automated Assembly Machine This
version of our versatile assembly cell (shown above) assembles and tests 4
different strut mount product combinations with minimal tooling changes. This particular configuration includes
an inspection station, 3 bowl feeders, 2 press units, a printing/marking
station, a part sorting area, and an exit conveyor, supplied by the
customer. All components are
supplied on a common base, easily providing same-day start-up in the plant. This
product can be configured to accommodate a wide variety of products and
processes. It can use a vast
combination of press units, automated part feeders, pick and place units,
robots, and inspection stations in order to meet your product requirements. By replacing typical labor-intensive
